We are selling this solid Series 1 XJ6 as a failed / stalled restoration project. The previous owner spent a lot of time and effort on the metal work, however there is a fair amount of finishing off / tidying to do as some of the work is a little rough mostly around the sills, arches and floor sections. I bought this car two and a half years ago and used it on a regular basis, but due to ill health has been in my garage for the last 18 months. As I don't have the interest or the energy to keep this it has to go. I checked the oil and water and charged the battery and it started first attempt.
