    Not a good ebay seller. First I went to pick it up and A/C not working. Then it ran out of gas. Went inside to finalize the deal. Wanted 500 dollars fee. Said it was on the listing. He brought up the listing and . It did say there was a fee but nothing about 500 Dollars. I did not take the car . I called him on the next to get my 500 dollar deposit back. He tells me it is non Refundable. I have a copy of the listing it does not say anything about non refundable. now relisted and he did add it
