The car was originally sold white on black from Dan Gillum Motors in Sparks, NV. Per the service book it was serviced there 3 times before being relocated to Washington state where a stamp from June 22, 1964 from Doxon & Sons in Auburn, WA was made for a service at 19, 986 miles. The second owner purchased the SL in 1971 and would hold onto it until 2013 where the mileage was noted as 107, 722. It is believed that this is the original mileage on the car. It comes with a huge folder full of its history and all the original books. It??s got 212, 000 miles on it but still runs like a dream and starts up first time, every time
