This has been sitting since about 1988. We bought a battery and put some gas in and got it to run! Carb does need a tuneup! We were able to get it to move forward in first when we went to put in reverse the nylon knuckle crumbled but we did get it to in reverse! Ordered a new shifting kit and will be included! Interior needs to be done! Floors on both sides are solid! Ashley hardtop is in very good shape! New calipers new exhaust and fuel pump! Also got another engine and transmission and lots ... more

For sale my 1975 Triumph Spitfire mk IV. I have had this for a little while but need to sell a couple of cars in order to buy either a 205GTI or Lancia Delta as these were my childhood cars of which i owned both. The car was running when i bought it and i bought it along with a few other vehicles in order to dip my toe into the water. This car had sat in a garage for a few years when I bought it. I have had it running and driving on a temporary fuel supply. The body is solid underneath as is the chassis, it needs a new passenger door and rear panel, both are supplied with it. The wiring loom where it goes through the bulkhead has been damaged by mice, but a replacement loom is provided The car basically needs recommissioning but everything is manageable by a competent DIY'er There is a hard top which is rough around the edges... more

Had this a few years with the intention of turning it into a hill climb car but I'm losing my storage. It has a fibreglass le mans style front end, doors and rear deck lid. New rebuilt engine by ivor searle, rebuilt gear box and rear end, new drive shafts, new exhaust. No rust anywhere on the body or chassis. A few boxes or new and used parts.
